Our Team
Efrat Nir is the Founder and Managing Director of GlobaLead Executive Search, specializing in global recruitment for technology companies and high-growth startups.
With more than 15 years of international recruiting experience, Efrat partners with companies across North America, Europe, APAC, and Israel to help them build strong global teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Leadership functions.
Prior to executive search, Efrat worked in sales and pre-sales roles across the Asia-Pacific region, bringing a strong international business perspective and deep understanding of global markets.
Efrat holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and also studied Chinese at Beijing University.
With almost two decades of experience in recruitment and executive search, Tamara has managed the worldwide recruitment of executives in a wide variety of fields, including software, telecommunications, life sciences, industry, retail and defense.
Tamara’s international background gives her a uniquely global perspective. Through her involvement in the technology and investment markets, she has created a wide international network of leaders and skilled executives.
Dr. Genosar published Israel’s first technology publication (Link Magazine) and later co-founded the online company Koldoon. She has also served as the President of the European Tech Tour Association’s first Israel project – introducing European venture capital firms to Israeli startups.
Tamara holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics in Government and an M.A. from Tel Aviv University in International Relations.
