4800 Head Pig Finisher Barn

This is a 4800 grow to finish swine unit. Equipped with automated sorting scales to optimize daily gains by feeding the proper ration to the correct weight of pig. This system also helps to save on labor costs when a load of pigs is ready for market by selecting the desired weight range and number of pigs and then sorting them to a designated loadout pen for an easy transfer to the transport truck. This unit is also equipped with state-of-the-art ventilation system utilizing our combination ventilation systems using chimney pit fans on pump outs for minimum ventilation and Fancom DC brushless variable tunnel wall fans for the later stages of ventilation. All systems operated via the Chore-time master controller with Envirotech designed and built control cabinets. This barn is also equipment with gas blower heaters and stainless steel gating.
