Envirotech's History

In 1995, William Vis was the production manager of Precision Feeds when he began operation of Envirotech Controllers Ltd. as a division of Precision Feeds with one employee. Envirotech Ag Systems Limited was formed in 1998 with the merger of the equipment division of Feed-Rite Ltd. and Envirotech Controllers Ltd. In 2016 Envirotech expanded and opened an office and warehouse in Sioux Falls South Dakota to provide much needed support to the increasing number of US customers.

What We Do

Envirotech creates the ideal swine or poultry feeding, watering and/or ventilation system to suit each client’s individual needs, preferences and budget. We provide supervision of equipment installers and trades people required for turn-key construction. We have warehouses in Winnipeg, MB and Sioux Falls, SD and carry a large inventory on all product types that we offer. Our service team is the best in the industry with the ability to service every brand on the market today as well as support available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Envirotech prides itself on its design capabilities, by meeting with the customer we can lay out the proper animal flow, as well as provide room for the most efficient equipment layout something that is not usually considered until too far along in the project. Our range of expertise and experience makes us equipped to handle any type of project no matter what system or scale of the project.

His leadership at Nebula Group reflects a strong ethical foundation and a passion for mentoring, financial planning, and rural development. Under his guidance, Nebula Group aims to serve global customers with more efficiency through its latest acquisitions, offering excellent customer service worldwide .

Raman Khatra

Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer

Raman Khattra is the chairman and president for all of Nebula’s companies including Nebula Controls, Climate Control Systems, Nebula Ozone, Nebula Lighting and Envirotech Ag systems. Raman Khattra is a serial entrepreneur with engineering background. Raman has over 18 years of experience in management and leading various companies to success under his leadership and experience. Under the Nebula division Raman is integral part in the growth of the company and positioning Nebula as an industry leader in indoor farming design, engineering automation and control technologies. Under Raman’s Leadership Nebula and its subsidiaries have successfully designed and implemented over 2000 farms across the world in various sectors including vertical farming, greenhouses, micro grow operations, poultry barns and hog barns. Raman and his team are committed to establishing Nebula as a market leader for turnkey solution provider for farmers across the world.
